01 Acceptance of Terms

Balances held in duplicate accounts may be voided.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information. This includes, but is not limited to, your legal full name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, and a valid contact method (mobile number or email address). ppc 888 relies on the accuracy of this information to process withdrawals, verify identity, and communicate account-related notices. Providing false or misleading registration information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. 04 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on ppc 888 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The platform supports deposits and withdrawals via the following payment methods available in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile banking, and selected major Bangladeshi bank transfers including City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. 05 Bonus & Promotions Policy

Unless stated otherwise in the promotion-specific terms, the following general conditions apply to all bonuses on ppc 888:

06 Game Rules & Fair Play

07 Prohibited Conduct

Engaging in any of the behaviours listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and — where applicable — referral to the relevant law enforcement authorities:

Scheduled maintenance, technical upgrades, and circumstances beyond ppc 888's control — including internet service provider failures, force majeure events, and third-party payment provider outages — may result in temporary unavailability of the platform or specific services. ppc 888 will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned maintenance where reasonably practicable.

ppc 888 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. No warranty, express or implied, is made regarding the accuracy of odds, the availability of any specific game or market, or the suitability of the platform for any particular purpose. Players engage in gaming and betting activities entirely at their own risk and should only wager funds they can afford to lose.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit ppc 888's liability for: (a) death or personal injury caused by ppc 888's gross negligence; (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation by ppc 888; or (c) any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Bangladeshi law.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which ppc 888 operates.
